There’s nothing like Halloween to tells us that Autumn is giving way to Winter.
Fireworks, bangers and all sorts of great fancy dress costumes.
We’ve come a long way over the years in terms of how we collectively present ourselves for this big occasion.
Gone are the days of a simple, plastic mask.
Everything has got more elaborate with greater imagination shown all round.
In 2007, Portarlington Pharmacy had a Halloween Party for their customers, and it was warmly embraced, particularly by their younger customers.
Photographer Alf Harvey was on hand to capture a selection of images and they make for a great snapshot of the day.
