DNG Kelly are seeking a professional and motivated administrator/receptionist for their flagship office in Portlaoise.
The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the sales team handling enquiries, booking appointments, maintaining databases and general office administration.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Strong computer skills are essential
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience of working in an estate agents an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer focus skills
- Positive attitude to work
- Proficient in MS office programmes
- Experience with social media advertising
Experience with accounts packages an advantage
