Part time position available for Office administrator in busy Physiotherapy Clinic.
Hours: 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday (hours somewhat negotiable)
Salary: Depends on experience
Start: As soon as possible
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone
- Booking appointments for patients on web-based programme
- Typing up referral letters/physiotherapy notes
- Taking payments from patients by card/cash
- Reconciling daily cash sheets
- Lodgements
- Ensuring efficient day to day running of the physiotherapy clinic
- Ordering stock
- Scanning/Filing
- General admin tasks as required by management
Skills required
- Previous clerical or reception experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good, pleasant phone manner and a people person.
- Experience using MS Outlook/Word/Excel
- Ability to work on their own initiative
- Experience using/posting to social media (Facebook and Instagram) – not essential
- Good attention to detail
