JOB VACANCY: Laois Physiotherapy Clinic seeking to hire part-time administrator

Laois Physiotherapy Clinic

Part time position available for Office administrator in busy Physiotherapy Clinic.

Hours: 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday (hours somewhat negotiable)
Salary: Depends on experience
Start: As soon as possible

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone
  • Booking appointments for patients on web-based programme
  • Typing up referral letters/physiotherapy notes
  • Taking payments from patients by card/cash
  • Reconciling daily cash sheets
  • Lodgements
  • Ensuring efficient day to day running of the physiotherapy clinic
  • Ordering stock
  • Scanning/Filing
  • General admin tasks as required by management

Skills required

  • Previous clerical or reception experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Good, pleasant phone manner and a people person.
  • Experience using MS Outlook/Word/Excel
  • Ability to work on their own initiative
  • Experience using/posting to social media (Facebook and Instagram) – not essential
  • Good attention to detail
