AD CONTRACTING LTD are currently expanding our team and are seeking an experienced carpenter to join us.
Candidate must be fully qualified with 4 years plus of on site experience.
Candidate must have good knowledge/experience of all aspects building renovations, extension set out & construction, roofing, finish carpentry, general carpentry.
Good work ethic, initiative and attitude are essential.
Full driving license, safe pass, manual handling required.
Job Description
- Managing Projects (jobs in Laois and Dublin)
- Managing co workers/sub contractors
- Training apprentices (carpentry) when required
- Dealing with clients/on site management
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with start/finish times etc.
Duties:
- Reporting to management
- Ability to read and interpret plans correctly
- Responding positively to change orders
- Managing peers, dividing job tasks and/or working as a team when required
- Performing other associated on job tasks
- Ensuring all accidents, incidents, near misses or non conformances are fully reported
- Working knowledge of relevant tools, equipment and materials
- Job Types: Full-time
