DNG Kelly are seeking a professional and motivated part-time office administrator for their flagship office based in Portlaoise, Co. Laois.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working in real estate however, this is not essential. 

Job Specification

  • General sales office administration including customer correspondence, letter writing and filing
  • Maintaining effective systems for electronic filing, information retrieval and file archiving
  • Answer incoming calls & e-mails; addressing customer needs directly and/or referring calls to the appropriate manager
  • Managing diary appointments
  • Accurately maintain and update databases as required
  • Monitoring and ensuring rent payments occur on time
  • Implement and administer all rent reviews
  • Liaise with Landlords arrange all maintenance & repairs works
  • Process the letting of properties 
  • Complete basic accounts
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required.
