An asking price of over €425,000 on a house is way above the average in Laois but there is still a market out there for properties of that value.
In this week’s Property Watch we take a look at five properties around the county priced between €425,000 and €500,000.
Three of the homes are in Portlaoise with one each in Timahoe and Ballyroan.
