JSD Contracting – Portlaoise, is seeking to fill the following position: Office Administrator:
The position required is for a busy deadline driven environment. The office is based in Portlaoise.
Requirements
- Have 1-5 years’ experience in a similar role. (Knowledge of construction industry an advantage)
- Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and professionalism
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Powerpoint)
- Have ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Have particular attention to detail.
Role
- Administrative support to company Directors.
- Assist in the efficient Co-ordination/Running of our QEHS Management System.
- Assist in preparation of quality documentation for external submissions.
- Maintenance of company profile on website and social media
- Maintenance of detailed records.
