Ahead of the Laois v Dublin Leinster SFC semi-final we’re joined on the latest LaoisToday Talking Sport Podcast by former Dublin star Mossy Quinn, who has strong links in Stradbally through the famed Delaney family.
He chats about his Dublin career, the 2005 Leinster final and how he gets plenty of support any time his club St Vincent’s take on Portlaoise!
We also have former Laois footballer David Sweeney on the line.
David won two Laois championships with Portarlington and was on the Laois panel that won the 2003 Leinster final but he’s immersed in Dublin GAA – with the Oliver Plunkett’s club, with county underage panels, as a referee and in his day job with DCU.
Plus, Steven and Alan react to the infamous Eddie Brennan ‘interview’ and wonder can all parties involved move on from the saga.
As well as that we look forward to the All Ireland camogie quarter-final involving Laois and Down and how the Laois ladies football team need their Miracle Match against Kildare on Sunday.
