Marie Conroy, (nee Barnett) Shraduff, Clonaslee, Co. Laois. Passed away peacefully at her residence surrounded by her loving family on the 24th July 2020. Dearly loved wife of Jimmy and loving mother of Tom, Sarah, and Ellen. Marie will be very sadly missed by her mother Mary Anne, sisters Catherine, Sharon and Emma, brother Stephen, daughter-in-law Sharon, uncle Sean, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and her many friends.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and in accordance with Government guidelines a private family funeral will take place on Monday at 11am in St. Manman’s Church, Clonaslee, followed by a private cremation.

Formerly of The Bay Road, Mountmellick. Deeply regretted by his partner Deirdre and his parents Patrick and Brigid, brothers and sisters Michael, Sheila, Mary, Eileen, Patrick, Cristine, John Paul and their partners, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, relatives and many friends. Liam Murray
60 Willow Grove, Mountmellick, Laois
Liam Murray 60 Willow Grove, Mountmellick and formerly Graigue Mountmellick died peacefully July 23rd 2020 in the loving care of The Staff at Dromnin Nursing Home, Stradbally. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Patricia, brothers Michael and Gregory and neices Kim and Patricia. Deeply regretted by his brothers Pat, Christy, John and Brian and sisters Mary (Coss), Patricia (Keating), Bernadette and Kathleen (Doyle) brothers -in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews and neices, neighbours, relatives and many friends.
Liam will repose in the home of his brother Pat in Upper Forest, Mountmellick on Friday. Removal on Saturday at 1pm to St Joseph’s Church, Mountmellick arriving for Requiem Mass at 2pm. Burial after in St Joseph’s Cemetery.
Due to Covid restrictions Social Distancing will apply at all times. The Requiem Mass will be for Liams immediate family and will be streamed live on Mountmellick Parish Webcam website. Mourners are welcome outside the church and in the cemetery.

Ben Connolly Graigue Mountmellick and formerly Connolly Street, Mountmellick. Aged 11 years. Passed away on the 22nd July peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family. Loving brother of the late Jake Thomas. Loving son of Terence and Nicolette and dear brother of Billy. Darling grandson of Con and Marion Farrell and Tommy and Mary Connolly. Sadly missed by his loving parents, brother, grandparents, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.
Due to the Covid 19 Directive and in the interest to protect the welfare of everyone A Private Family Funeral to take Place. Removal from his residence on Saturday at 10am (travelling via Smith’s Corner and Connolly Street) arriving St Joseph’s Church Mountmellick for Funeral Mass at 11am. Private Cremation To Take Place.

Philip (Phil) Mockler, Johnstown Road, Rathdowney, Co. Laois. July 13th 2020. Peacefully in the wonderful care of the nurses and staff of Abbeyleix District Hospital. Predeceased by his son Stephen and daughter Susan. Sadly missed by his wife Gwen and his family Frances, Julie, Philip and Tracey, sons-in-law Jeremy and Fred, daughters-in-law Tracey and Bernie, grandchildren, Tommy, Charley, John, Lewis, Henry, Haley, John-Jo, Lucas, Jade, Joe and Paige, Great-grandchildren, Freddy, Ellie, Sadie, Charley, Tilly, Carter, Ivy, Poppy, Harper, Tommy, Ralph, Harry, Noah, Gracie, Florence and Dominic, his sisters Eileen and Tess, brothers Mick and Jim, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.
A private family funeral will take place on Friday, July 24th, at 11am in The Church of The Holy Trinity, Rathdowney. (parishwebsites.ie/rathdowney) followed by burial in Rathdowney Local Cemetery. Please note as per the COVID-19 directive that only fifty people can enter the Church. Social distancing and public health advice must be adheared to.
