In less than two weeks time the Laois GAA championship season will get underway.
Right now clubs around the county are preparing as best they can for a championship season that will be like none ever before.
For club officers and county board officials it means a range of new issues to deal with.
On this week’s LaoisToday Talking Sport episode, presenter Steven Miller is joined by Laois GAA PRO Paul Dargan, Ballyroan-Abbey secretary Michael Scully and Killeshin GAA vice-chairman Gavin Deering.
Gavin explains how his club found themselves in the middle of a Coronavirus situation after a player they played tested positive for the virus while they also chat about a range of other issues being experienced by GAA people in the county.
Should more than 200 people be allowed attend? What’s it like trying to distribute just 50 tickets to your club supporters? Should more than 24 players be allowed to tog out?
And Paul explains Laois GAA’s approach to live streaming matches over the coming weeks.
