Employment opportunities
Students across all degree programmes have the opportunity to gain practical experience through a range of career skills and placement modules.
Our graduates are currently employed in diverse industries include media, education, youth and social services.
The Teaching Council recognises our Arts & Humanities, and English & History degrees for the purpose of teaching English, History and Religion.

Each year a number of Carlow College, St. Patrick’s students spend a semester studying at one of our partner Universities in the United States.
Students take modules that fulfil their academic requirements here in Carlow College, St. Patrick’s, so they are ready to go straight into the next semester when they return.
