Laois County Council is seeking expressions of interest from Qualified Building Contractors to carry out building/construction works under the Housing Adaptation Grant for People with a Disability, Mobility Aids Grant and Housing Aid for Older People Grant.
All interested Qualified Building Contractors should be qualified, experienced and competent to undertake such works, should have the relevant insurances, be Health & Safety compliant and be Tax compliant.
All interested parties will be included on a list which will be made available publicly and made available to the applicants.
Please note that any works contract will be directly between the applicant and the Qualified Building Contractor and not with Laois County Council.
Expression of Interest Forms
Expressions of Interest forms are available on the Council’s website www.laois.ie and should be submitted to the Director of Services Housing, Laois County Council, Arás an Chontae, Portlaoise, Co Laois in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Expressions of Interest –Qualified Building Contractors” by 4pm on Tuesday 31st March, 2020.
This Council is subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2014.
