News of new Laois recruits to the Gardai is always popular – as this story from last March proved.
Five young Laois men are among the newest recruits to have joined the Gardaí.
Luke Doyle, Shane Nerney, Adam O’Toole, John Bowe and Ruslan Nazipov are among those lining out in today’s passing out ceremony at Templemore Garda College, Tipperary.
There must be something in the air around Portarlington and the Ballybrittas area, as three of the recruits come from these parts.
John Bowe hails from Ballydavis while Ruslan Nazipov lives in Mountmellick.
Bowe and Doyle will be heading for Crumlin, while Nerney is going to Clondalkin, Nazipov to Bridewell and O’Toole to Rathmines.
Well done to all the lads on their months of work and well-earned achievement.
We’re sure the streets will be a lot safer with you lads patrolling them!
