The Mountmellick Camera Club are set to celebrate their 30th anniversary of Photography next Friday, September 13.
The club, founded in 1989 has been helping people from Mountmellick and all surrounding areas come together and share their passion of photography for the last three decades.
The celebrations are to take place in Mountmellick Community School at 8pm and features a guest speaker in Podge Kelly.
Kelly, from Dublin has been shooting and making photos for the last 40 years.
He specializes in shooting weddings all around Ireland and portrait portfolios.
He is a well respected photographer around Ireland and has done 40 half hour shows on photography for RTE over the years.
His experience will be a great feature for the night as he will be able to give the members of the club an insight on his work.
It should be a memorable night and all are encouraged to attend with admission free.
