The act I’m most looking forward to seeing this year is The2Johnnies.
The band from Tipperary have some serious tunes and their love of GAA is what I like about them so much.
As a GAA fanatic myself, some of their songs are based on playing county and they also do sketches of certain stereotypes at GAA matches.
From ‘When I Play County’ to ‘Junior ‘B’ All-Star’, they are mighty craic and hopefully 19 Year Noel makes an appearance.
19 Year Noel being famous as he hurled senior for 19 years.
The lads are very popular with young people as one half of the pair, Johnny B is a hurl maker and many young people want a hurl made by Johnny B.
The lads also have a very good podcast which tops the charts in Ireland. I always listen to the podcast on the bus to colllege. What a great way to start your day!
This will be my first time seeing the two boys and hopefully it won’t be the last time either.
The Boom will surely be back this weekend when the two lads take to the stage. Here’s hoping they put on a show that I won’t forget.
