One Laois woman decided to use her Saturday night off work to help an elderly woman in need by travelling to her up in Dublin.
Kayleigh McEvoy, who works on the front desk at the Midlands Park Hotel, knows how to take customer service to the next level.
Last week Kayleigh got a phone call from an elderly lady from New Zealand who stayed with the Midlands Park Hotel and was flying home the next morning.
She had left her medication at the hotel and the young Abbeyleix woman decided to drive to Dublin hotel to give it to the lady late Saturday night.
“Kayleigh embodies everything great about Irish hospitality. We are super proud and honoured to be working with Kayleigh,” said General Manager for the Midlands Park Hotel, Dara Cruise.
“She always has a positive attitude and is never stressed or flustered. Personally I am so proud to work alongside her,” he added.
