Enid Meredith (nee Thompson) “Daytona” Parnell Street, Mountmellick, Co. Laois, 30th July 2019, peacefully in her 97th year, in the tender care of Valerie, Matt and the staff of Oakdale Nursing Home, Portarlington. Beloved wife of the late Tommy, dearly loved mum of Rosemary (Colton), Carol (Forrestal), Patricia (Orr), Florence (Moody), Irene (Higgins) and Yvonne (Beattie). Enid will be sadly missed and forever loved by her daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Florence and Billy’s home in Irishtown, Mountmellick (R32 CV 66) on Wednesday, 31st July 2019, with removal to St Paul’s Church, Mountmellick, Co. Laois, arriving at 7.30pm. Funeral service on Thursday, August 1st, at 2.30pm in St Paul’s Church, with burial afterwards in the adjoining church yard.

Beloved husband of Marie (Theresa); very sadly missed by his loving daughter Mary, sons Robert and Noel, son-in-law Rory, daughter-in-law Alison, grandchildren Joseph, Siobhán, Gearóid, and great-grandchild Jackson, extended family, relatives and friends.

Funeral Prayers on Wednesday at 2.30pm, followed by Removal to St. Peter’s Church, Mountrath, arriving for Funeral Service at 3pm, followed by Burial in the adjoining Churchyard.
