A Laois school choir sang like angels and wowed the crowd with their performance at the National Concert Hall in Dublin last weekend.
Holy Family Senior School represented Laois in the National Children’s Choir on Saturday, May 25.
The National Children’s Choir got to perform at the National Concert Hall and wowed the audience in the process.
“They were absolutely amazing. Laois should be ever so proud,” said one spectactor.
Holy Family Senior School has already a strong musical tradition built up.
This is not the first time they have sang with the National Children’s Choir.
In April, the performance of the repertoire of the National Children’s Choir by the fourth and fifth classes was completely sold out in Nano Nagle Hall.
Only recently, third class pupils have been taking guitar lessons from Mr O’Brien, Mr Griffin and Mr Scarry and gave a demonstration of what they have learned to the other classes.
