Timothy (Timmy) McEvoy, Portlaois and formerly Clonaheen, Rosenallis, Co. Laois, died May 12th at The Regional Hospital Portlaoise. Predeceased by his brother Richard and sister Pauline (Carroll). Son of the late Patrick and Brigid McEvoy. Deeply regretted by his sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Moloney’s Funeral Home, Mountmellick, on Monday from 7pm. Recital of the rosary at 9pm. Funeral arriving for 12 noon Requiem Mass in St Brigid’s Church, Rosenallis, on Tuesday. Burial afterwards in St Brigid’s Cemetery.

Newtown Cross, Crettyard, Carlow / Laois
At Saint Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. Pre-deceased by his loving wife Rita. Michael will be sadly missed by his son Marty, daughters Michelle and Marguerite, sisters Peggy and Bridgie, daughter-in-law Breda, son-in-law Tom, grandchildren Cameron, Scott and Ava, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Reposing at Coady’s Funeral Home, Castlecomer from 5pm on Sunday. Vigil Prayers and Rosary on Sunday evening at 8pm. Funeral Prayers on Monday morning at 11am followed by removal to Saint Abban’s Church, Doonane for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, with burial in the adjoining cemetery.
Bridget (Birdie) Cushen (née Dooley)

Cushen (nee Dooley), Park House, Stradbally. 10th May 2019, at Naas General Hosp. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family, Bridget (Biride), beloved wife of the late Lar. Dearly loved mother to Lorenzo, Deirdre and Martina, brothers Noel and Paddy, sisters Betty and Mai, sisters-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchild, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at the Presentation Chapel, Stradbally on Saturday from 3 pm with removal to the Sacred Heart Church for 6.30 pm Mass. Requiem Mass on Sunday at 11.30 am followed by interment in Ratheniska Cemetery.

Carrowreagh, Borris-in-Ossory, Laois
Nutley (nèe Flanagan), Carrowreagh and Ballaghmore, Borris-In-Ossory, Co. Laois. May 9th 2019. Peacefully at her daughter Ann’s residence. Philomena, predeceased by her husband Patrick. Sadly mourned by her son P.J. and her daughter Ann, son-in-law Owen Coss, grandchildren Niamh, Niall and Ciarán, sister-in-law Margaret (Sammon, Shinrone), nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at her daughter Ann’s residence R32 NN96 (Carrowreagh) on Friday evening from 4pm with rosary at 8pm. Funeral prayers on Saturday evening at 6pm followed by removal to St. Molua’s Church, Ballaghmore arriving at 7:30pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 12:30pm followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
