Fred (Winifred) Scully, (neé Malone) of Chapel St., Graiguecullen, Carlow and formerly Doonane Hill, Co Laois passed away peacefully on November 25th 2018, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny.
Beloved wife of Tom.
She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, children Philomena (O’Rourke) Anne, Mary Clare (Glancy), Madeline and Anthony, her sister Maggie Kealy, grandchildren Susan, Jessica, Sean, Kate, Clare and her great-grandchild Beth, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her home from 7pm on Tuesday with Prayers at 9pm that evening. Removal on Wednesday at 5.45pm to St. Clare’s Church, Graiguecullen arriving for Mass at 6.00pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 11.30am followed by funeral to Killeshin Cemetery, Carlow.

Reposing at his residence from 7.30 pm on Monday evening with Rosary at 9 pm. Rosary at 9 pm on Tuesday evening also. Removal on Wednesday morning at 10.30 am to St. Brigid’s Church, Ballinakill for Funeral Mass at 11 am. Burial afterwards in St. Brigid’s Cemetery.

Oliver Brennan of “Herondale”, Leaugh, Co. Carlow, passed away peacefully at his home on November 26th, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Annie, much loved father of Edward, Paul, Declan, Olivia and Claire and cherished brother of Tommy, Donald, Angela, Carmel, Frank, Gay and Gerry. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughters, grandchildren Lauren, Nathan, Patrice, Josh, Caitlin, Jack, Evan, Emily and Zach, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Mahers Chapel of Rest Portarlington on Monday from 6:30pm with Rosary at 8pm. Removal on Tuesday at 11:20am arriving St John’s Church Killenard for Requiem Mass at 12noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

Sexton (nee Newe) “Padua”, Clonminam Rd., Portlaoise and formerly Templemore, Nov 24th 2018, in the exceptional care of the staff of St Vincent’s Hospital, Mountmellick.In her 96th year, Bridget, beloved wife of the late James. Dearly loved mother to Pat, Frank and Mary. Deeply regretted by her loving family, daughter-in-law Hilda, grandsons David and his wife Mary, Shane and his partner Trina, great-granddaughters Naomi, Méabh, Zoe and Evie, sister Mary Armitage (Naas), sisters-in-law, Breda Newe (Templemore) and Terry McVeigh (Enniscorthy), nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. Reposing at Keegan’s funeral home, Portlaoise, from 5pm on Sunday with rosary at 8pm. Removal on Monday morning to arrive at SS Peter and Paul’s Church, for 10am requiem Mass. Beloved husband of the late Ann, predecesased by his daughter-in-law Dee. Deeply regretted by his loving family Yvonne, Valerie, Derek and Aidan, his ten grandchildren and great-grandchild Alana, sons-in-law Liam and Joe, daughter-in-law Carmel, brother Kevin (Multifarnham) sister Vera (UK), sisters-in-law Ann, Kitty and Rosalind (USA), brother-in-law Jimmy (UK), nieces, nephews, neighbours, relatives and many friends.
