What a great day was had here by all.
Punters gathered to beautiful autumn sunshine recently to take part in the Barnashrone NS Fun Run
This was in aid of the school of the school and a substantial sum was raised.
Barnashrone NS is situated just outside Mountmellick.
They have 60 pupils, 3 class teachers, a learning support/resource teacher and an SNA.
Prizes and refreshments were given to all who attended afterwards in the school.
