Over 250 people turned out to Rosenallis Community Hall to see the lads and ladies of Rosenallis GAA strut their stuff on the catwalk last Friday, September 28.
Rosenallis’s third fashion show went down a huge success, with plenty of the senior ‘A’ and intermediate players switching togs for suits.
Laois footballer Ruaidhrí C Fennell also struck a ‘blue steel’ a pose or two on the evening.
All of the community involved
Journalist and former Rosenallis resident Jim O’Brien did a marvelous job on MC duties for the night, with plenty of members from Rosenallis GAA working tirelessly behind the scenes.
Some of the shops involved included; Number One Boutique Mountmellick, Sparkles Mountmellick, Guy Clothing Tullamore, AJ Flynn Portlaoise, Shaws Portlaoise, Penneys Portlaoise, DS Sports Emo and Zara Newbridge.
Gorman School of Irish Dancing also put on a magnificent dance act during the interval.
The funds raised on the night will go towards the development of Rosenallis GAA pitches and facilities.
Thanks very much to Rosenallis PRO Carmel Dunne for providing these photos.
