What’s On at the Weekend

Brought to you in association with Laois Tourism

This weekend all roads lead to Stradbally for the 14th Electric Picnic and it’s the biggest event hosted in Laois this year with 55,000 picnickers descending on Laois. Around the rest of the country things are quieter but it could be a good time to download the free Laois Heritage App.

We are promised some good weather this weekend so if Electric Picnic is not your thing why not go out and explore.  It can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple iTunes and it gives a brief audio guide on 13 great places in Laois.

Also included is the Laois Garden trail. Why not download and see where you haven’t visited in a long while or perhaps there are some you haven’t visited yet.
