Hold Me Now!!
Johnny Logan is coming to the Electric Picnic Throwback stage.
Logan won the Eurovision twice for Ireland. He won in 1980 with What’s Another Year and then again in 1987 with Hold Me Now.
He will perform at the Electric Ireland Throwback stage as the second headline act.
The stage is a firm favourite for picnic go-er’s every year and with this announcement, this will surely continue.
Irish pop group B*Witched were announced as the first act to perform at Electric Picnic’s Electric Ireland Throwback Stage last week.
The C’est La Vie hitmakers will follow in the footsteps of others like Bonnie Tyler, Bananarama and 5ive, who have all previously performed on the throwback stage.
This promises to be a double denim affair with songs like “Rollercoaster”, “To You I Belong” and “Blame It on the Weatherman” bringing back that 90’s nostalgia.
The stage is a firm favourite for picnic go-er’s every year and with these announcements, this will surely continue.
