Ex National Teacher Stratford on Slaney, Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow, and Rath, Ballybrittas, Co Laois. Died peacefully on the 8th of August 2018 in her 99th year at Kilminchey Lodge Nursing Home, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. Predeceased by her brother Michael, and sister Sr. Oliver (Presentation Sisters, Kildare). She will be very sadly missed by her sister Sr. Alphonsus (Presentation Sisters, Kilcock, Co Kildare), cousins, neighbours, and friends.
Reposing at the residence of her cousin Pat Dunne, Ballymacrory, Clonaslee, Co. Laois, from 6pm on Thursday evening with Rosary at 9pm. Reposing on Friday from 12 noon with removal Friday evening at 7pm arriving to St. Manman’s Church, Clonaslee for 7.30pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 12 noon, followed by burial afterwards in St. Manman’s Cemetery, Clonaslee.

Retired member of An Garda Síochana. Formerly of Grange Abbey Road, Baldoyle, Dublin 13 and Stradbally, Co. Laois.
Sadly missed by his loving wife Marie, son Patrick, daughters Siobhan, Claire, Laura and Emily, brother Hugh, sisters Kathleen and Marcella, daughter-in-law Alison, son-in-law Lewis, grandchildren Caoimhe, Adam, Justin, Amber, Luke, Alex and Isaac, extended family and friends.
Reposing at The George Mullins Funeral Home, Kilcullen Road, Naas, on Friday from 4pm with prayers at 7pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 9.20am to arrive at The Church of Our Lady and St. David, Naas, for Funeral Mass at 10am followed by Burial in St. Corban’s Cemetery, Dublin Road, Naas.

Deeply regretted by her loving brothers Tom, Pat, Martin and Denis, sister Statia, sister in law Ber, brother in law Peter, her devoted nieces and nephews, Helen, Mary, Martin, Sharon, Paul, Colm, Carmel, Kevin, Ciara, Lynda, Shane and Adrian, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives, neighbours, former work colleagues and friends. Reposing at her home from 2pm on Thursday afternoon. Funeral prayers on Thursday evening at 7.30pm, followed by removal to the Church of the Assumption Ballyouskill. Requiem Mass on Friday morning at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please.

Died peacefully in the loving care of The Staff of St Vincent’s Hospital, Mountmellick. Funeral arrangements will be published on Tuesday. Daughter of The Late Dennis & Margaret Ferns (North Circular Road, Dublin) and sister of Bunty Ferns. Predeceased by her husband Niall Brendan Beirne (Pharmacist, Portarlington) and her late daughter Baby Brigid Beirne.
Sadly missed by her niece Rita & husband Charlie, Nephews Paddy, Wally and John, Her beloved Ann, devoted friends Miriam and Nancy, Cousins The Woods Family (Durrow Co. Laois), The Bergin Family (Grennan, Attanagh Co. Laois) and The Walsh Family (Formally of North King Street Dublin), friends and The Wonderfull Staff of St Vincent’s Hospital Mountmellick where she resided for the last 13 years. Rest in Peace.

Beloved wife of the Late Jim. Sadly missed by her sister Joan, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Guilfoyle’s Funeral Home Castletown, Mountrath, this Tuesday evening from 5 o’c with removal at 7 o’c to St. Canice’s Church, Borris in Ossory arriving at 7. 30 o’c. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning Aug. 8th. at 11 o’c with burial immediately afterwards in Derrinsallagh Cemetery, Borris in Ossory.

Reposing at The Chapel of Rest, Portlaoise Hospital from 4pm on Tuesday, with Rosary at 6.45pm. Removal at 7.30pm to St. Brigid’s Church, Ballinakill, arriving at 8pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11am with interment afterwards in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Ballinakiil.
