KIRWAN (née Fingleton), (Kimmage, Dublin 12 and Laois) August 2nd 2018 (peacefully) in the affectionate care of the staff at Elm Hall Nursing Home, Celbridge, Kathleen (Phill), beloved wife of the late Matthew, loving mother of Anne, Matthew, Jim and Mariesa and grandmother to Peter, Niamh, Eimear, David, Louisa, Eoin and Andrew. Sadly missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Reposing at Elm Hall Nursing Home, Celbridge on Friday evening (Aug 3rd) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal to the Church of the Holy Spirit, Kimmage Manor, Whitehall Road on Saturday morning (Aug 4th) arriving for Requiem Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in Mount Jerome Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland.

Bergin, St John’s Sq., Portlaoise. August 1st 2018. Suddenly at his residence, Dean. Beloved son of Raymond and Martina and dearly loved brother to Maritina, Lisa and Sandra. Deeply regretted by his loving nephews and nieces, Lexie, Hannah, Keith, Jake and Dion. Extended family, relatives and friends. Rest in Peace.
Reposing at his residence from 4 pm on Thursday with rosary at 8 pm. Requiem Mass at 11.30 pm on Friday in SS Peter and Paul’s Church. Interment will follow in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery, Portlaoise.

Donohue, Oliver (London and Portlaoise) June 29th, 2018 (previously announced on July 2nd and 3rd 2018). A Memorial Mass for Oliver will take place in Saint Peter and Paul’s Church at 10 am on Saturday August 4th. 2018. His ashes will be interred in the family grave immediately afterwards. Oliver’s Funeral Mass and cremation took place in London on July 25th 2018.
Carol Sinnott(née Bennett)

Carol Sinnott (nee Bennett), Ballybrophy, Portlaoise, Co. Laois and formerly of North Square, Inchicore, Dublin. July 31. 2018. Peacefully at The Milford Hospice, Castletroy, Limerick. Predeceased by her son Brian, brothers Percy and Paul. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by her loving husband Donal, daughters Laura and Edel, son Colm, brother Gordan, sister Von, son-in-law Ed., grandchildren Killian and Jamie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.May Carol Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Rigney’s Funeral Home, Athy from 7pm Wednesday, August 1, with Rosary at 8pm. Removal on Thursday morning at 10.30 to arrive at St. Anne’s Church, Ballylinan for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery. May Patricia Rest in Peace.

Hayes (nèe Moriarty), Durrow and Rathdowney, Co. Laois and Johnstown, Co. Kilkenny. July 27th 2018, Laura, unexpectedly. Sadly mourned by her family, Dominic, Shannon, Aaron, Leon and Brooke, her parents Johnny and Vera, her sister Lisa and her brothers Mel and Darren, her partner Ali, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and her many friends. Died in the loving care of the staff at Drormnin Nursing Home, Stradbally. Beloved wife of the late Denis. Deeply regretted by her loving family Pat, Ann, Marie and Gerry, grandchildren and great-grandchild Liam, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and many friends.
Reposing in the home of her daughter Ann and her husband Liam Fitzpatrick, Killone, Stradbally (The Heath) on Saturday from 3.30pm untill Removal at 5.30pm to St. Brigid’s Church arriving at 6.30pm. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 1pm (One o’clock). Burial after in St. Brigid’s Cemetery.

St. Fiacc`s Terrace, Graiguecullen, Carlow
Bill Moore of Sale, Manchester and formerly of 2 St. Fiaccs Terrace, Graiguecullen, Carlow passed away peacefully on 24th July 2018, in Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester, aged 78 years. Pre-deceased by his partner Jenny, mother Maisie, father Michael, brothers Tom and Tim and sister Cathy. Sadly missed by his sister Margaret Delaney and brother-in-law Liam Delaney, 21 Roncalli Place, Carlow, and relatives in Manchester and Carlow including cousins Madge (Manchester) and Eddie Brennan and Billy Piggott (Carlow) and all of his nephews, nieces and friends in Carlow and his great friends in Manchester especially his best friend Des.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph’s Church, Sale, Manchester, on Thursday 2nd August at 12 noon followed by committal at Altrincham Crematorium.
