After a banner first year, the Laois Republic of Ireland Soccer Supporters Club are holding their Annual General Meeting tonight, July 5, 2018, at 9pm sharp.
The meeting will take place in De Brún’s @ Humes function room.
The club have had a busy first year, taking memorable trips to Austria, Wales and Copenhagen.
The group raised a lot of money for the Cuisle Centre by holding a night with Ray Houghton.
They attended the first confederation of Irish Supporters Club Players of the Year banquet in the Ballsbridge hotel, where James McClean, Martin O’Neill, John O’Shea and John Giles were in also attendance.
They ask all members to be present on the night if at all possible.
They hope to ease the process of signing up members again for the coming season, hopefully welcoming some new ones.
The Committee will be there from 8.30pm for any members that want to come in a bit earlier and pay their Membership or Season Ticket money, before the meeting starts at 9pm.
The club hope to have the club gear on the night for collection by any member’s who ordered it.
