Reposing at his home this Thursday evening from 7pm, with Rosary at 9pm. Removal on Friday morning to St. Edmund’s Church, Castletown, for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in St. Fintan’s Church Cemetery, Mountrath.
Family flowers only, donations, if desired, to “The Irish Cancer Society” collection box in the Church.

James (Jim) Gorman, Ealga Lodge, Shinrone, formerly Boolinarrig, Birr, (Rosenallis, Co. Laois). Deeply regretted by his nieces and nephews, brother-in-law Denis, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Boyd’s Funeral Home, Birr, on Friday, 15th June, from 4 o’clock – 6 o’clock to arrive at St. Brendan’s Church, Birr, for 6.30 o’clock. Private Cremation on Saturday, 16th June, after 11.00 o’clock Mass.

Unexpectedly at the Regional Hospital Tullamore. Loving wife of the late Syl. Deeply regretted by her loving son Richard, daughter Aoife, grandson Darragh, daughter-in-law Linda brothers-in-law Tony, Noel and Paddy, sister-in-law Mary, relatives, neighbours and friends. Rest In Peace. Reposing at her residence on Thursday from 3pm with Removal at 7pm arriving St John’s Church Killenard at 7:30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

Patrick (Paudge) Stokes, Mountmellick/London. Beloved son on the late Paddy & Winnie, died peacefully in London surrounded by his loving wife and family. Reposing in Moloney’s Funeral Home on Friday from 4 o’clock until removal at 6.45pm to St. Joseph’s Church, Mountmellick for 7 o’clock. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12 noon, burial after in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
Hugo (Hugh) Conroy
Glenkeen, Spollenstown, Tullamore, Offaly / Clonaslee, Laois
Hugo (Hugh) Conroy, Glenkeen, Spollenstown, Tullamore, Co. Offaly and late of Chapel St., Clonaslee, Co. Laois. Died on the 11th of June 2018, peacefully at the Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing brothers Eamon, Billy, and Eugene, sisters Mary and Geraldine and friend Marian. Deeply regretted by his sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, aunts, Nancy Foy and Grett Molloy, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

His Remains will repose in Lawless Funeral Home, Mucklagh, Tullamore on Wednesday evening from 4.30pm with removal at 7.45pm to St. Manman’s Church, Clonaslee arriving at 8.30pm. Reposing at Stafford’s Funeral Home, Maypark, Malahide Road on Tuesday morning from 10am with family in attendance from 4pm to 6.30pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to Our Lady of Consolation Church, Donnycarney arriving for 11am Mass. Funeral immediately after Mass to Dardistown Cemetery. Family flowers only please. The death has occurrred on June 10th 2018, peacefully in her 98 year of Maureen Fitzpatrick. Predeceased by her husband Paddy and daughter Maisie. Deeply regretted by her loving daughter Christina, sons Johnny and Patrick. Son in law Michael. Daughter in law Margaret. Grandchildren, Mark, Sinead, Fiona, Shaun, and Lisa. Great grandchildren, Eve and Faye. Rest in peace. Reposing at her daughter Christina Rices residence at Springfield from 7 pm on this Monday evening with rosary at 9 pm. On Tuesday reposing from 3 pm with removal at 7 pm, to arrive at St Fintan’s Church Ballyfin for 7.30 pm. Requiem mass at 11 am on Wednesday followed by interment in Ballyfin cemetery.

Brennan, Colliers Lane, Portlaoise, June 10th 2018. Peacefully, after an illness borne with great dignity, in the tender care of the staff of Ballad Lodge Nursing Home. Margaret (Peggy), beloved wife and best friend of Aidan and dearly loved mother to David, Alan, Carol, Aidan and Gillian. Sadly missed by her loving sisters, brother, son in law, daughter in law, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Reposing at Keegan’s Funeral Home, Portlaoise, from 6 pm on Monday evening with rosary at 8 pm. Removal on Tuesday to SS Peter and Paul’s Church for 12 noon requiem Mass.
