A popular pub in Portarlington has come on the market and is due to be offered for sale next month.

The auctioneers describe it as being situated in a densely populated area.
The pub is situated close to the river Barrow, on the Laois side of the town.
It is not often that local pubs come on the market. However, a pub in Portlaoise was recently offered for sale.
