Requirements
- Enthusiasm, a genuine passion for food and interest in food trends
- Highest standards in cleanliness and food hygiene
- An eagerness to contribute to new menu development
- A willingness to continuously develop professionally
- Demonstrate excellent organisation and communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A real team player
- HACCAP
- Pastry experience an advantage
