Four men arrested following a stabbing in Portarlington have been released without charge
A man in his 30s was brought to Tullamore Hospital with non-life threatening injuries after being injured at an apartment on French Church Street in Portarlington on Friday morning.
A short time later, four men ranging in ages from their 20s to their 40s were detained and brought to Portlaoise Garda Station for questioning.
File
Gardaí say a file has been sent to the DPP in relation to two of them.
A garda spokesman confirmed last week that one male was stabbed a number of times.
The incident involved four to five people.
