Reposing at her home this Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 4 o’c with rosary in the house both evenings at 9 o’c. Removal this Thursday morning 15th. Feb. at 10.30 o’c to St. Canice’s Church, Borris in Ossory, for Funeral Mass at 11 o’c followed by burial in Derrinsallagh Cemetery, Borris in Ossory. House Private please on Thursday morning.

Anne (Nan) Mulhall (nee Dowling), Bawnree, Mountrath, Co. Laois. Died 11th February 2018 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family in the tender care of Matron and staff of St. Vincent’s Hospital, Mountmellick (Sr. Martha’s Ward). Wife of the late Jack. Deeply regretted by her son John, daughter Annette, grandchildren, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, brothers, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her residence this Monday evening from 6pm with Rosary at 9pm. Removal on Tuesday evening at 6.30pm to St. Fintan’s Church, Raheen arriving at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11.30am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to St. Vincent’s Hospital, Mountmellick.
Elizabeth (Lizzie) (Bab) Keyes (Formerly Cooney) (née Lynch)

Keyes, formerly Cooney née Lynch, Elizabeth “Lizzie” “Bab”, 12th February 2018, Moyadd, The Swan, Co. Laois. Predeceased by her loving husbands John Keyes and Jim Cooney. Deeply regretted by her loving brothers Michael and Eamon, nephew David, niece-in-law Gillian, brother-in-law Bernard, sisters-in-law Sr. Rita and Carmel, nephews-in-law, nieces-in-law, cousins Michael, Dan, Lil, Jim and Larry, wonderful neighbours and many friends.
Reposing at Rigney’s Funeral Home, Athy from 7pm today, Monday, with Rosary at 8pm. Removal at 7.15pm on Tuesday evening to arrive at St. Lazerian’s Church, Knock, Spink for 8pm. Requiem Mass at 1pm on Wednesday afternoon with burial afterwards in Clogh Cemetery, Co. Kilkenny.

Peter Breen (Snr.), Drim, Mountrath, Co. Laois. Feb. 12. 2018. Peacefully at the Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his loving wife Kathleen and family Eamonn, Peter, Andrea (Burke), Annemaire (O’Brien), Sean, Lynus, Madeline (Cuddy), Olivia (Delaney), Fidelma (Cuddy), Glenn and Nigal, sister Catherine, brother Fintain, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great- grandchild, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Reposing at his home this Monday evening from 7pm with rosary in the house at 9pm. And on Tuesday evening from 6pm with rosary at 9pm. Removal this Wednesday morning, 14th February, at 11.30am to St. Edmund’s Church, Castletown for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in St. Fintan’s Cemetery, Mountrath. House private please on Wednesday morning. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to Laois Palliative Care at the General Hospital, Portlaoise.
Ethel Richardstown (née McCourt)
Crannagh, Mountrath, Laois
Died peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Ballard Nursing Home Portlaoise. Pre deceased by her husband Bob. Deeply regretted by her sister Doris (Peg) U.K, brother Sammy, nieces Oonagh and Moira, nephew Denis, and her special friend and cousin Frances, relatives, friends and her very kind neighbours.
Ethel will repose in her home on Monday from 6pm to 8pm. Funeral service on Tuesday morning at 11am in the Methodist Church, Portlaoise. Burial afterwards in St John The Baptist Church grounds, Ballyfin.

Formerly of Clongarrett, Clonbullogue, Co. Offaly. Peacefully, in her home. sister to Hilda, Irene, Albert, Billy, Susan and Yvonne, predeceased by her father William, mother Pearl and brother Trevor. Sadly missed by her loving family, brothers-in-law Trevor, Jim, Robin & partner Eric, sisters-in-law Florence and Joan, nieces and nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, relatives and friends.

Mountmellick and formerly Cushina Portarlington died Feb 9th peacefully. Deeply regretted by her husband Andy, daughter Edith, son Ken and grandson Billy, brothers sisters, uncle Johnny Dillon Cushina Portarligton,relatives neighbours and her many friends. Reposing in her home on Sunday & Monday from 2pm. Recital of the rosary on both evenings at 9pm. Funeral arriving to St Joseph’s Church Mountmellick on Tuesday from 12 noon requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in St Joseph’s Cemetery. Family time in their home on Tuesday morning please.
