Ballyfin hosted their annual 6k Run/Walk through the exclusive grounds of Ballyfin Demesne this morning.
Ballyfin Demesne was recently awarded first place in their ‘Best Hotel in the World’ list by Condé Nast.
Over two thousand people took part and travelled from all over the county to be part of the event.
This is the fourth year running the event and it appears to be growing more every year.
Secretary Donnacha Phelan said that it took great team work from both the club and the community to be involved.
“We are especially grateful to the people of Ballyfin Demesne, who are always so helpful and co operative.”
The good weather was just another great bonus to the day.
And it looked to be a great Sunday morning had by all.
