Fingleton White is recruiting a Receptionist/Bookkeeper to be located in their offices in Portlaoise.
Fingleton White provides Engineering services to the energy industry throughout Ireland and the UK.
It operates across multiple sectors including gas, CHP, biofuels, water and telecoms.
Position: Receptionist/Bookkeeper.
Experience: Minimum 3 years administration and bookkeeping experience.
Duties: The role will incorporate the following duties:
Administration:
- General reception and office duties
- General secretarial duties for directors, managers and engineers
- Organising corporate events
- Administration of time recording system
- Stationery and consumable ordering
Bookkeeping:
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing of purchase orders
- Processing of expenses
- Assisting accountant as required
IT systems: Good working knowledge of: Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
Basic understanding of: Sage Line 50 Accountancy package & Time recording systems
