Tim (Timmy) Keeshan, Boherard, Clough, Co. Laois. – Died 16th December 2017 at St. James’s Hospital Dublin. Recently predeceased by his brother Michael (Mick), Deeply regretted by his sorrowing family, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends. Reposing at Burke’s Funeral Home Mountrath, on Monday evening from 7.30pm with Rosary at 9pm. Removal on Tuesday morning to St. Canice’s Church Clough, for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by burial in Aghaboe Cemetery.
Elizabeth (Betty) Dunne (née Doran)
Scrubb, Cullohill, Laois
Peacefully, at her residence. Wife of the late Joe. Deeply regretted by her loving sons, Andy, Eddie, Joe, Paddy and Johnny, daughters Mary and Elizabeth, brother, daughters in law, son in law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Reposing at her son Paddy’s residence (Ross, Cullohill), from 3.00pm on Sunday with Rosary at 7.00pm. Removal to St Tighearnach’s Church, Cullohill on Monday morning for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Burial immediately afterwards in Durrow Cemetery. House private on Monday morning please.
Phyllis Greenough (née Browne)
Derryhippo, Creggs, Roscommon / Creggs, Galway / Crettyard, Laois / Crettyard, Carlow
Formerly of Old Road, Doonane, Crettyard, Co Laois. (Peacefully), in the tender and devoted care of the staff at Cloverhill Nursing Home. Loving wife to Colin, mother to Marie and Angie, grandmother to Kayleigh and the late Chaeron, and sister to Anthony, Sean, Frank and the late Bertha. She will be very sadly missed by her family, extended family and friends. Reposing at Smyth’s Funeral Home, Roscommon on Monday evening from 6.30 o’c until 8 o’c. Removal on Tuesday afternoon to St Abban’s Church, Doonane, Co Laois arriving at 4 o’c (via her former home at Old Road, Doonane). Mass of the Ressurection on Wednesday at 11 o’c. Burial afterwards in the adjoining Cemetery.

Patrick (Pat) Dunne, Ard Mhuire, Rathangan, Co. Kildare and formerly Portarlington, December 13th 2017. Beloved husband of Mary and father of Deirdre, Paul & Brian. Will be sadly missed by his loving family, daughter in law Joan and Roisin, his adored grandchildren, Ava and Orna, sisters in law, brothers in law, relatives and friends. Reposing at his home on Friday (December 15th) from 4 o’clock to 9 o’clock with rosary at 8 o’clock. Removal on Saturday morning at 9.30 to the Church of Assumption, Rathangan for Requiem Mass at 10 o’clock, burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Rathangan.

Deeply regretted by her loving family Geraldine McCormack (Beechlawn Portlaois), Pat (Mountmellick), Jack and Tom, son-in-law Teddy, daughters-in-law Chris, Sheila and Deirdre, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers Stephen, Pat and Mike, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, neighbours, relatives and many friends. Reposing at St. Vincent’s Hospital Chapel, Mountmellick from 5pm on Friday until removal at 6.45pm to St. Brigid’s Church, Rosenallis arriving at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12 noon. Burial after in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Rosenallis. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St. Vincent’s Hospital Benefit Fund.

Removal from St. Vincent’s Hosp on Thursday evening at 7.15pm to arrive at St. Fintan’s Church, Ballyfin at 8pm. Requiem Mass at 11am on Friday followed by interment in Ballyfind Cemetery.
