The Mountmellick Christmas Outdoor Market took place on Sunday and it proved a roaring success.
Just a few weeks ago, large parts of Mountmellick were left devastated by flooding after three rivers burst their banks.
And so it was brilliant to see the whole community come together and put some smiles on faces on Sunday.
There were 50 arts, craft and food stalls while live entertainment was provided by local choirs and children’s groups.
For the kids, there was a chance to meet Santa Claus! While there was also attractions like face painting and Bumble The Play Bus.
For the adults, you could heat yourself up with some delicious mulled wine while soaking up the atmosphere.
And there was also the chance to pick up some beautiful handmade Christmas gifts and baking from the hard working crafters.
There was a collection point for PATH for donations of items for the homeless and there was also a bucket for cash donations for Mountmellick Community Flood Relief.
