Reports all over social media are suggesting that Drake, yes Drake, could surprise us all and hop up on main stage this weekend in Stradbally Hall.
Twitter and Facebook have been the source of speculation that Giggs, best mate of Drake, will invite his rapping companion up on stage just like he did at the Reading Festival in the UK last weekend.
The two took to the stage in front of thousands of surprised fans performing KMT, Drakes latest hit which features Giggs. Drake stayed on stage for a good bit of the performance only singing Giggs’ songs.
Giggs is set to take to Main Stage at Electric Picnic this Saturday at 4.45pm and the two have been hanging out for the past few weeks.
Apparently Drakes house is being revamped and that is why he has been around. Here’s hoping he will stick around even longer.
The speculation has been fueled even further as the Festival Republic, who organise the Electric Picnic, are also the organisers of the Reading Festival.
There has been a direct correlation between both festivals down through the years and many believe that is to continue.
This speculation is similar to the some of mad apparent late additions that have been thrown about over the years, bands and acts such as U2, Coldplay and Eminem have all been linked late on but have failed to show.
Although the chances are slim, anything is possible at the Electric Picnic and hopefully for all the festival goers and Drake fans he does show up.
