Sixteen-year old Adam Case who lost his life in a road accident in Tipperary will be laid to rest in Dunkerrin on Saturday.
Funeral details have been announced for the young man who tragically died after the accident on Tuesday afternoon.
He will repose at his home in Derrinclare, Shinrone, Co Offaly on Thursday and Friday.
Removal will take place to St.Kieran’s Church of Ireland Church Cloughjordan on Saturday for 2pm service and burial afterwards in Dunkerrin cemetery.
Adam Case (16) was pronounced dead at the scene following the accident at Boston on the Ballingarry North to Cloughjordan road on Tuesday afternoon (August 1) at approximately 3.45pm.
A single car collision, he was a rear seat passenger in the car which collided with a tree. His body was taken to University Hospital Limerick.
Adam was a student in St Brendan’s Community School Birr and a past student of the Abbeyleix South School.
The two other occupants, a 22-year-old male and a 17-year-old female, were taken to Tullamore Hospital and University Hospital Limerick.
His death has prompted an outpouring of grief for the popular young teenager.
