Traffic is back to normal following a crash in the southbound lane between Junctions 16 and 17 on the M7 motorway near Portlaoise this evening.
The single vehicle collision occurred at about 6.30pm and was attended to by Gardai and the Laois Fire and Rescue Service. Traffic was reduced to one lane with long tailbacks for a time before re-opening fully.
There was no injuries reported.
