A new restaurant specialising in gluten-free food has just opened its doors in Portlaoise.
The Bay Tree restaurant can be described as a coeliac heaven, specialising in gluten-food including sandwiches, desserts and occasion cakes.
The restaurant is located in Hynds Square, in the premises where the famous Jim’s Country Kitchen used to be.
