On-Site Services Foreman and On-Site Services Operatives
Both roles are based from our Portlaoise facility but will require candidates to be flexible as services are provided countrywide.
Founded over 40 years ago, Enva is a leading Hazardous Waste, Water Services and Laboratory Services provider. We provide services across Ireland and the United Kingdom for the industrial, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, food and beverage and municipal sectors.
FOREMAN
Key Responsibilities
- Leading, directing and supervising on-site crews
- Organising vehicles, equipment and personnel to meet the requirements of various customer projects
- Assisting with driver/ operative training and ensuring compliance with health & safety requirements
- Key point of contact for customers, managing queries and successful completion of projects on time to both customer and business requirements/ satisfaction
Key Qualifications/Skills
- Relevant experience of supervising personnel, allocating workload etc. essential
- Direct customer facing experience a distinct advantage
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Flexible working hours necessary
- HGV, Artic and Trailer licence(s) a distinct advantage
OPERATIVES
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning services including tanks, interceptors, bunds, drains, septic tanks, sewers and in particular those within confined spaces
- Garage forecourt maintenance services
- Oil / chemical emergency spill response and remediation services
- Collection delivery and associated handling of materials (e.g. hazardous and non-hazardous wastes, waste containers, products).
Key Qualifications/Skills
- Relevant experience working in a manufacturing/ operations environment preferable
- Previous experience in confined space entry works a distinct advantage
- Full clean driving licences for HGV, Artic, Trailer, ADR and/ or forklift a distinct advantage
- Flexible working hours necessary
