School’s out for Summer and to celebrate that fact, Music Generation Laois held a concert in the Heritage Hotel in Killenard last week.
Numerous schools in the county are part of Music Generation Laois and they were joined by renowned singer John Spillane for their concert. Rosa Flannery from Music Generation Laois and Lorna McLoughlin, who was choir director, also played key roles. at the event which was attended by parents, teachers and students.
