Mountmellick man Michael Onalimi is in with a chance of winning a Nissan Generation jeep to use for the next week.
He has been nominated as one of the 20 finalists to be a Nissan Generation ambassador for 2017.
Michael, founder of the Jungle Food Company, set up his own business selling a range of African inspired sauces called “Flavour Safari Sauces”. A combination of African spices with fresh Irish ingredients. He has now been named as the best food provider at the 2017 Micro Business awards, and also a winner at the Bank of Ireland Taste of Dublin award 2017.
