The Old Fort festival in Portlaoise over the weekend was a roaring success – with thousands of people coming into the town over the three days and event offering something for people of all ages.
With an historic element, a food festival, plenty of family-friendly activities and live music on a closed-off main street – complete with a marquee – the second hosting of the Old Fort was also blessed with good weather.
Our photographer was out and about over the weekend where she got lots of great photos – while Kathleen Culliton from Laois Heritage also sent us a handful of fine images too.
