Well done to the Ratheniska/Timahoe Feile hurling team who competed in the Feile last weekend. Well done to all and thanks to all the sponsors from Timahoe. All players are asked to give a greater effort in the run up to the championship. The club lotto winnings now stand at €4264.
TIDY TOWNS
Please help keep the Village clean and tidy, all floral displays are welcomed and encouraged.
HERITAGE CENTRE
A number of local schools and groups have visited the centre recently and enjoyed the surroundings of the Village.
MEDLEY DAY
A meeting has been arranged for this Thursday night the 22nd of June in the Heritage centre at 9pm.
KNOCK THRESHING
The Knock Threshing festival has arranged for a large display of Working Steam engines and machinery for the launch of their Threshing in Timahoe Village on Saturday evening the 9th of September with events starting at 3pm.
There will be a tractor run also, and a number from the local high nelly club. Everybody is encouraged to tog out in the vintage style traditional Irish farmhouse dress. There will be a number of side shows on the day.
