A man arrested following the seizure of cannabis herb during a search operation in Portarlington on Monday, June 19 has been released without charge.
A file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to the incident.
Gardai raided the house as part of a planned operation at around 10.55pm on Monday.
One man was arrested in connection with the find.
The man, who is in his 50s, was arrested at the scene, and questioned at Portlaoise Garda Station.
