A block of 38 apartments in Portarlington has been snapped up for €1.5m.
The collection of apartments at Corrig Glen on Station Road, reached its reserve price at the Allsops online auction earlier today.
There was only bid for the property, which includes two and three-bed apartments across seven blocks.
Meanwhile, seven vacant apartments at De Vesci Court on the Mountmellick Road, Portlaoise fetched a price of €405,000.
A former pub in Borris-in-Ossory, Rosie O’Grady’s on Main Street is also to be offered for sale for €110,000 to €120,000.
The vacant premises is described as a substantial two storey pubic house. It will go for auction tomorrow (Thursday).
