Gardaí are appealing for information following reports of rocks been thrown through car windows at two locations in Portlaoise.
On Friday, sometime between 11.45am and 12.15pm, a rock was thrown through the rear window of a car on the Link Road in Portlaoise.
The incident took place near Clonroosk Abbey and Gardaí say that this type of thing occurs frequently in that area.
In a separate incident, a rock was also thrown through the window of a car around 8am in De Vesci Court Fairgreen, Portlaoise on Friday.
Meanwhile, a rock was also hurled through the window of a house in Portlarlington on Saturday.
The incident took place around 3.15pm at 26 St Brigids Square.
