The countdown is well and truly on to the Laois Rose of Tralee selection night and one community is going out of its way to find a girl to represent them in this year’s competition.
The Mall Pub in Killeshin are holding a Rose of Tralee heat this Friday, March 10 in the guise of a fun and games night.
“If you’re aged between 18 and 27 and fancy representing The Mall in the Laois Rose of Tralee now is your chance,” they say on their Facebook page.
“If you’re outgoing and don’t take yourself too seriously The Mall is the place to be on Friday. A fun night to be had by all. It could be you.”
There is free Prosecco for every Rose entrant, local brewing company ’12 Acres’ are running promotions all night and the Ireland v Wales Six Nations match will also be shown live.
