Laois athletes among the winners at All Ireland masters

Laois athletes enjoyed a great day at the All Ireland Masters indoor championships in Athlone on Sunday. Two athletes came home with two medals each while a number more were also in the medals. Martin McDonald (Ballyroan-Abbeyleix) won gold in the mens Over 60 1500m race and also took silver in the Over 60 3000m….
